How does feedback manager work:

1. When an order is placed with your store, SellerF1 sends an automatic email to the customer requesting for positive feedback for your seller rating. Its an easy job for the customer, as he has to click on the link in the email that directly lands him on the page where he can submit feedback for the order that he has placed with your store.

2. A similar email is sent asking the customer for product review as well. An increase in number of product reviews increases your product visibility, thereby increasing sales.

3. SellerF1 also sends automated emails to customers requesting to remove negative feedback with a direct link to do so.
